Refund & Cancellation

De Shayra Skinz accepts returns and exchanges if a product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or for replacement purposes, only if it remains unused with all of its original parts intact. For extreme cases, De Shayra Skinz is not liable.

  • Since these are health/hygiene-related reasons, therefore, all products are non-returnable.
  • For the returned goods eligible for return, they have to meet certain conditions within 2 days after successful delivery, including damaged goods and missing products, etc.
  • Claims of missing items should be proved by a 360-degree unboxing video.
  • They do not include shipping and other postage charges that cannot be refunded. Kindly contact De Shayra Skinz within 2 days for the resolution of orders tagged delivered but undelivered.
  • The De Shayra Skinz Team carries out a strict verification of returns and exchanges. Such damage may result from neglect, misuse or inappropriate use.
  • For exchange, these allergies are out of scope and a patch test should be done.
  • Quality issues can be the reason why exchanges should happen, while a person cannot exchange products because they do not like them or think they have an unpleasant smell.
  • The refund of such claims may take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks. Once an item is sold, no one gets any refund payment. But De Shayra Skinz will have the right option for substitution to his/her liking at the same price. This is a non-cash policy where each item is exchangeable only once.
  • Only products that are yet to be shipped can be returned or exchanged. In case of cancellation, contact De Shayra Skinz and have a refund done within 7 business days upon acknowledgement.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
